Gender
Suit A 28-year-old woman was thrown out
of a bathroom at a New York City Restaurant, and
is now suing the restaurant for gender expression
discrimination. New York City happens to be a city
where Gender Expression is protected, which allows
Farmer the right to sue under that law. For more

Dykes To Watch Out
Form With so much serious attention

President of Iran: No
Gays Here Recently, the President of
Iran, Ahmadinejad, spoke in front of an audience
at Columbia University. He spoke on many issues,
but one that struck a tone with members of the
LGBTQ community, was when he spoke of the
non-existence of LGBTQ people in his country. This
was his answer for when he was challenged about
the documented public torture and killings of
queer people in his country. For an article on
this, and more, in the Wall Street Journal,
